Amanda has 10 years of experience working with senior executives, CEOs and Boards of Directors. Her focus is on providing top level executives with an understanding of his/her impact as a leader and how to maximize leadership effectiveness.

Specifically, Amanda specializes in applied research to assist clients in executive evaluation and placement, executive development, organizational assessment and selection procedures. Her clients include financial institutions, utilities, global engineering firms, and telecom companies.

Amanda holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial Psychology from Bowling Green State University and she obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
