Diane is a clinical psychologist with 30 years of experience consulting with global Fortune 500 organizations in the mining, utility and financial services industries, as well as private equity partnerships and their portfolio companies.
She has worked with academic institutions, professional associations, and health care facilities.
Her focus is on helping executives develop high performing organizations. She and her colleagues use interviews and proprietary metrics to identify opportunities to more effectively leverage the human capital in organizations. They use both off-the-shelf and customized interventions to close gaps between current functioning and the qualities that characterize high performing organizations. These include executive coaching, the design and execution of metrics-based selection programs, efforts focused on cultural transformation, and team development work. Applied research and outcome assessment are core disciplines of the practice.
She has served as Director of the Professional Examination Service, President of Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards, and Chairman of the Colorado Board of Psychologist Examiners. She has been a consultant for the Center for Creative Leadership and a Partner with Somerville Partners for the past 26 years.
Diane earned her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and her M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. She is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology.
