Lauren has over 30 years of experience in leadership and management in the health care and related industries. She has a strong background in health research, program development and implementation, project management and process improvement quality initiatives.

While living remotely in Alaska, Lauren served as a Federal Contractor for Indian Health Services and the Bureau of Indian Affairs providing over 10 different health services programs to the six outlying Koniag native tribes in Kodiak Alaska and the Aleutian chain.

Lauren has consulted to executives in selecting and implementing enterprise-wide systems for technological advancement in health care services delivery along with selecting and developing executive teams to deploy and manage these services. Lauren works as a consultant with Somerville Partners in assisting organizations to rapidly achieve their business goals.

She has a M.S. from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
